THERAPY & GROUPS

WHAT We Offer

couples therapy

Couples therapy is a type of counseling that helps partners improve their relationship by addressing issues like communication, trust, and conflict. A therapist guides both individuals to understand each other's perspectives, develop healthier patterns, and strengthen their connection.

INdividual therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one counseling process where a therapist works with a person to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It provides a safe, confidential space to address personal challenges, build coping skills, and work toward personal growth and emotional well-being.

GROUPS

We offer a variety of group therapies throughout the year. These groups are led by a therapist, to share experiences, provide mutual support, and learn from one another. It offers a sense of community and helps participants develop coping strategies in a supportive group setting.

family therapy

Family therapy is a counseling approach that helps families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and foster healthier relationships. A therapist works with family members to address dynamics and issues affecting the family unit, promoting understanding and support among all members.

VILLAGE PRESCHOOL - POSITIVE POWER HOUR

We are excited to host a free 9-week preschool group to help preschoolers (ages 3-5) develop social-emotional skills, incorporating emotions, music, and dance. Each lesson lasts 45 minutes and will include a warm-up and an introduction to the day's theme through books, music, dance, and/or group reflection activities. By the end of the program, children will have experience naming their emotions, understanding how to navigate them, and embracing their unique identities with confidence.

For those who attend the preschool, please reach out to the administration for more details.

EMOTIONAL HEALTH & RECOVERY

Life requires recovery. So often we journey into the unknown and it takes us through a vast array of issues. Whether we have struggled with hurt, pain, grief or addiction of any kind, we can most certainly describe a season of life where we could use support, grace & encouragement. We also need to develop new skills as we continue through life. Our groups are come-as-you-are, no matter where you find yourself in the healing process. These groups are offered through Village Church where we believe in the transforming work of Jesus Christ demonstrated in our lives through real, deep, and applicable conversations. You are welcome to join no matter your faith background. Groups meet on Monday and Thursday nights at the church.
